Online Dialogue

Welcome to a new experiment to continue the spirit of the Lindau Meeting through the summer.

Here we will host an ongoing discussion between Martin Chalfie, co-recipient of the 2008 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, and a young scientist still making their way in the world of science.

Check in regularly to follow the conversation as it develops, from the basics of using green fluorescent protein to the tricky business of balancing life in and out of the lab.

Please feel free to comment – I’m sure that both Martin Chalfie and Greg Alushin will be interested to hear other perspectives. It is our hope that this dialogue stimulates a discussion among the wider scientific community reading this blog.
